Goats were immunized with highly purified human lambda chains from normal IgG.
Characteristics Following immunization in Freund's adjuvant the goats were bled, serum collected and the antiserum absorbed with a kappa containing immunoabsorbant. The anti lambda was isolated from an IgG lambda affinity column.
