簡單介紹:
Duckanti-RabbitIgG(FcRegion)Antibody
詳情介紹:
Immunogen | Purified rabbit immunoglobulin G |
Fragment | Fc fragment |
Specificity | A single arc was shown while the antibody was reacting with normal rabbit serum or IgG by Immunoelectrophoresis. Nothing was shown when the antibody reacted with human and mouse IgG. Similar specific reactions were observed when the antibody was tested by western blot assay. |
Characteristics | IgY(Fc) to rabbit IgG is developed in duck by using purified rabbit IgG as immunogen. Affinity purified IgY(Fc ) is purified by rabbit IgG coupling chromatography, and adsorption is performed by human serum and mouse IgG coupling column. |
Purification | Affinity purification |
Purity | 90 % of total protein, determined by SDS-PAGE (blue stain) |
Research Area | Immunology, Secondary Antibodies |
Application Notes | Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. |
Comment |
Titre: 1 mg/mL, determined by absorbance at 280 nm and using 1.4 as the extinction coefficient |
Restrictions | For Research Use only |
Format | Liquid |
Concentration | 1 mg/mL |
Buffer | In PBS, PH 7.2 (0.02% sodium azide). |
Preservative | Sodium azide |
Precaution of Use | WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing. |
