3'-Malachite Green CPG is a reagent used in oligo synthesis. CPG-Malachite Green is used to attach malachine green to the 3'-end of oligonucleotides. This reporter may serve as an alternative choice for the same role of Dabcyl, or Black hole quencher (BHQ) derivatives as quenching moieties for application such as molecular beacons and probes.
