Characteristics The avidin coated plates utilizes high absorbance 96-well plates coated with saturated concentration of highly pure avidin under optimized conditions. Plates were then pre-blocked with Unique Blocking Buffer. The plates offer high binding capacity and reduced background, ideal for binding small ligands such as biotinylated oligonucleotides and peptides with better assay sensitivity and broader detection range.
Application Notes Avidin coated plates can be used for identifying and quantifying biotinylated products such as biotinylated oligonucleotides and peptides.
