This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well asother antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6- sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1:20,000 to 1:80,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.

Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Storage Comment Prior to reconstitution store at 2-8 °C. Following reconstitution store the antibody undiluted at 2-8 °C for one month or (in aliquots) at -28 °C for longer.
