Immunogen A donkey was immunized with highly purified chicken IgY.
Purification Affinity purification
The resulting anti-IgY Fc was affinity purified from a IgY Fc fragment column. The affinity purified antibodies were conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Application Notes This product is suitable for ELISA, Western blotting and immunohistochemistry techniques. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
