Rabbitanti-HumanIgG(F(ab')2Region)Antibody(TRITC)
詳情介紹:
Immunogen | Human IgG F(ab')2 fragment. |
Characteristics | Molar Ratio: 2.9 moles TRITC per mole of rabbit IgG |
Purification |
Immunoaffinity chromatography. This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. |
Background | Synonyms: Human Immunoglobulin G |
Research Area | Immunology, Secondary Antibodies |
Application Notes |
Suitable for Immunomicroscopy (1:500-1:2,500) and Flow cytometry (1:2,000-1:10,000) orFACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. Other applications not tested. Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |

Restrictions | For Research Use only |
Reconstitution | Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water (or equivalent). |
Concentration | 2.0 mg/mL |
Buffer | 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.2, containing 10?mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative. |
Preservative | Sodium azide |
Precaution of Use | WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing. |
Handling Advice |
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. |
Storage | 4 °C/-20 °C |
Storage Comment | Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. |
